Disclaimer
As part of our recruitment process, Lupa Recruitment is required to verify the right to work in the UK for all prospective employees. This process is in compliance with the Immigration, Asylum and Nationality Act 2006, which mandates that employers must ensure all employees have the legal right to work in the UK before employment can commence.
To facilitate this, we will conduct right to work checks which include, but are not limited to, verifying your identity and right to work documentation. You may be asked to provide one or more of the following:
A valid passport or national ID card
A Biometric Residence Permit
A valid visa or work permit
A share code generated from the Home Office online service if you hold a digital immigration status
Please note the following important points regarding this process:
Provision of Documentation: You must provide original documents or a share code for us to verify your right to work. Failure to provide acceptable documentation will result in your application being delayed or rejected.
Accuracy and Authenticity: It is your responsibility to ensure that the information and documents provided are accurate and authentic. Any discrepancies or false information may lead to withdrawal of the job offer or termination of employment.
Data Privacy: All information and documents provided will be handled in accordance with our data protection policies and relevant privacy laws. Your information will be used solely for the purpose of verifying your right to work in the UK and will not be shared with any third parties, except as required by law.
Share Code Verification: If you provide a share code, we will use the Home Office online service to verify your right to work status. By providing the share code, you consent to us accessing and processing this information as part of our right to work checks.
By applying for a position with Lupa Recruitment, you acknowledge and agree to comply with these requirements and understand that any offer of employment is conditional upon successful completion of the right to work checks.
