Requirements
A recognised professional qualification in therapeutic work with young people
Minimum of 12 months' experience within a children’s residential setting
Working knowledge of issues within children’s social work, including child care legislation
Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with young people and professionals
Evidence of continued professional development and an NVQ 3 Caring for Children and Young People (or working towards)
Level 3 Children and Young People’s workforce qualification (required)
DBS on the update service (preferred)
