The provider has education on-site that offers an integrated care, therapy and educational experience for young people surviving complex trauma utilising a SPARCS-based approach.

  • Ongoing professional development

  • Full time, average 37.5 hours per week

  • Shift pattern - rolling shift rota - waking nights required

Requirements


  • A recognised professional qualification in therapeutic work with young people

  • Minimum of 12 months' experience within a children’s residential setting

  • Working knowledge of issues within children’s social work, including child care legislation

  • Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with young people and professionals

  • Evidence of continued professional development and an NVQ 3 Caring for Children and Young People (or working towards)

  • Level 3 Children and Young People’s workforce qualification (required)

  • DBS on the update service (preferred)
